Here's another viewpoint at 1,115 metres above sea level where you can see Lake Lucerne almost entirely surround Burgenstock.

There is a nice hiking trail at Mount Pilatus to it's summit which is not for the faint-hearted. Those who fear heights may want to give the hike a missed because although they have railings along the trail, the railings are short. It tends to give a not so protected feeling. Eileen missed this trail because she is getting upset stomach due to too many cheese and yogurts, since there are no washrooms along the way.
