We started our jouney from Reykjavik, which is the South-western side of Iceland and travelled anti-clockwise on the Ring Road. Usually, tourist spend 6 days in the Golden Circle (covering 300km looping from Reykjavik into the southern uplands of Iceland and back). While travellers like us will go for the Golden Circle and the Ring Road for a more detailed tour.
